Asian Hornet Action Team Meeting - 1900 Friday 26th July, Seagrave Memorial Hall
The AHAT has held a number of meetings around the Association area and listened to the views and concerns of our members regarding the Asian Hornet threat. We have distilled these discussions into a policy, which will be rolled out at Seagrave Hall on Friday 26th July. If Asian Hornet incursions follow the same pattern as last year then we can expect sightings to occur in late-Summer to early-Autumn. So, this will be a timely opportunity to learn about the latest developments and the Association’s policy. Plus, a not-to-be-missed Blue-Peter-style build-your-own-Asian-Hornet-trap interactive demonstration by our very own David Chevell. Instructions as to what materials you will need will be issued closer to the time.
Time & Date: 1900 Friday 26th July, aiming to finish around 2100
Venue: Seagrave Memorial Hall, Green Lane, Seagrave, LE12 7LU, just off A46
This meeting will be free of charge. Refreshments will be available to be purchased on the night.
